Chris G Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Hang and Dac were very helpful and accommodating in making our stay comfortable and giving us recommendations to do around town. The buffet had decent options for us as we are vegan/vegetarian, and the staff was very forward in trying to accommodate us. The rooftop bar is also very fun with live music!

Andrew H We stayed three nights at La Siesta Classic Ma May, and it was a wonderful choice on our part. 1) The location is great, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, and other attractions in the area. It was really nice to be able to step out early in the morning and get right in the action. That being said, the hotel is on a slightly smaller side street, which meant that it was relatively quiet at night. 2) The hard product of the hotel was great. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there were good placement of outlets near each bed. The bathroom was also clean and modern. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs most mornings and dinner there one night, and it was wonderful. The food was authentic and tasty, and service was of course, great. You can find more about the restaurant if you search for Red Bean Ma May. 3) Probably the best part about the hotel was the service and the staff. When we first checked in, the staff refused to let us stand while waiting for our room to be confirmed, and instead had us sit and drink hot tea. I’d like to specifically commend Hang, who personally showed us around our room, and gave us detailed recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area, and what times she’d recommend us to visit them. Every recommendation she gave us was spot on, and we felt like it helped us optimize the time we spend in Hanoi. We even ate at one of the pho restaurants she recommended multiple times. Definitely rely on the staff if you intend to stay here, they were beyond helpful. Even compared to the high standards of Vietnamese hospitality, I can definitely say that Hang and the rest of the staff at La Siesta Ma May surpassed that level. I highly recommend staying here, and I will personally be recommending it to my friends and family if they visit Hanoi in the future.

Kim1212 We had such a great time at this hotel. It's right in the middle of busy downtown Hanoi on a charming street lit up by lanterns hanging in the trees. The hotel is simply beautiful and both time we stayed, we were upgraded to a street front balcony room. So much fun for the boys and I. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is super close to the lake and the night market. This is a must stay when you're in Hanoi.

John H Everything is great. Very friendly staff and nice welcome drink. We got a free upgrade for the room, whcih was a pleasant surprise. The location is great, near Hoan Kiem Lake. Night life is awesome. Can walk around and enjoy local food. The restaurant of the hotel is also very nice. What really stands out is the sky bar. Overall, this place is suitable for someone who want to relax, and our family had a great time here. We definitely come back again in the future
